New sustainable chapter for La Rural: Advances with carbon footprint measurement

Buenos Aires, February 26, 2026 – La Rural is carrying out the process of Measuring Your Organizational Carbon Footprint 2025, one unprecedented institutional achievement for the company what represents a key step towards a environmental management increasingly professional and oriented towards continuous improvement. 

The measurement of the carbon footprint allows Identify, quantify, and analyze the environmental impact associated with the estate's operations, establishing a solid foundation for the definition of concrete actions, strategic decision-making, and implementation of emission reduction policies.  

This process constitutes a fundamental starting point for deepen environmental commitment and consolidate a data-driven organizational culture hard and medium-to-long-term planning. 

This initiative is complemented by actions that La Rural has been developing in terms of sustainability for over a decade., including the Recycling and waste management programs — Rural Recycling, the use of renewable energy – with the solar park of over 1,100 panels, and the Operational process optimization for responsible use of resources. 

The project is being carried out in conjunction with Zeroma, Startup climate-tech especializing in carbon footprint measurement and management in the events industry, contributing technical rigor and expertise to ensure accurate, comparable, and actionable results.
