La Rural S.A. and FEXPOCRUZ sign a cooperation agreement to strengthen the trade fair industry between Argentina and Bolivia

The alliance will promote business exchange, exhibitor participation in both markets, and the development of joint actions to strengthen the internationalization of fairs and events organized by both institutions.

July 29, 2026, Buenos Aires – Within the framework of the 138th International Livestock, Agriculture, and Industry Exhibition, La Rural S.A. y FEXPOCRUZ (Santa Cruz International Fair) signed on Thursday, July 23 Framework Agreement for Interinstitutional Fair Cooperation.


The formalization took place in the Protocol Room of the Buenos Aires Exhibition Center, marking the beginning of a joint work agenda oriented to strengthen ties between both institutions and promote the development of the trade fair industry in the region.

From this alliance, La Rural and FEXPOCRUZ will be able to develop joint actions for institutional promotion, space marketing, exhibitor recruitment, knowledge exchange, and strategic alliance generation. that contribute to the growth of the trade show industry and the strengthening of business ties between both countries.

The agreement was signed by the Director General of La Rural S.A., Claudio Dowdall, and the company's Commercial Director, Carlos Solanet, along with the President of Feria Exponor, Klaus Frerking, and its General Manager, Raul Strauss. Likewise, the President of La Rural S.A., Raúl Etchebehere, and the Fairs Manager of La Rural S.A., Marcia Guttner.

We are convinced that the growth of the trade fair industry is boosted when institutions work together. This agreement will allow us to generate new synergies and bring more opportunities to our exhibitors.“ they pointed out Claudio Dowdaly Carlos Solanet, representing La Rural.


For its part, Klaus Frerking, President of FEXPOCRUZ, highlighted: “For FEXPOCRUZ, this alliance represents an opportunity to continue building bridges between Bolivia and Argentina, promoting the exchange of the productive and business sectors, and the international projection of our fairs.“.

In turn, Raul Strauss, General Manager of FEXPOCRUZ and President of AFIDA, highlighted: “Internationalization is built by connecting institutions, markets, and initiatives. This agreement allows us to strengthen the trade fair industry by promoting the development of our countries.”.


With an initial term of three years, the Agreement shall constitute the Framework for developing cooperation initiatives between both institutions, promoting the exchange of knowledge, business participation, and networking between major trade fairs in Argentina and Bolivia.
